REFUND & RETURN POLICY - Soulful Safar
At Soulful Safar, we strive to provide the best wearable art to our travelers and explorers. Since each product is specially printed for you after you place an order (Print-on-Demand), our return policy is as follows:
1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Timeframe: You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: A clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged product along with the original packaging are mandatory to process your request.

Sharp Objects: Please be careful while unboxing. Damage caused by scissors or sharp objects during opening will not be eligible for replacement unless captured in an unboxing video.
2. SIZE ISSUES & EXCHANGES

Wrong Size Ordered: If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot offer a return or exchange because each item is custom-printed. We highly recommend checking our Size Chart before placing an order.

Size Discrepancy: A measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard in apparel and is not considered a defect. If the size difference is more than this, please send us photos with a measuring tape for our team to review.
3. LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order is lost during shipping and the courier status confirms it, We will either reship the product or issue a full refund to you.
4. COLOR VARIATION
We use high-quality digital printing (DTG). Please note that colors on the final product may slightly differ from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and the digital printing process. Small variations are not eligible for returns.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within 2-4 hours of placement. Once the order moves into the production/printing phase, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
