Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY - Soulful Safar
At DROVIK, all products are made-to-order and go through a production and quality check process before shipping.
1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges may apply.
- We reserve the right to enable or disable COD based on serviceability and risk factors.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & RTO (IMPORTANT)
Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If the order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Order refusal
👉 The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
👉 Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer
6. ADDRESS CHANGES
Address changes are only possible within 2–4 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed, changes are not possible.
7. DAMAGED / TAMPERED PACKAGES
If the package appears damaged at delivery:
- Record a video while opening the package
- Take clear photos as proof
Note: Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
