1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Soulful Safar! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using Soulful Safar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use Soulful safar, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & PRINT-ON-DEMAND

Soulful Safar is a travel-themed streetwear brand. Our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand).

  • Design Accuracy: While we strive for perfection, slight variations in color and design placement may occur due to the digital printing process.

  • Size Guide: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size chart.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking via our secure payment partners.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for select products and pin codes at our sole discretion. Soulful Safar reserves the right to disable or cancel COD for any order or location if the transaction appears high-risk or non-serviceable.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship across India through our delivery partners.

  • Timeline: Standard production takes 2-5 days, and delivery usually takes another 3-7 days depending on your location.

  • Delays: We were not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our return policy is strictly governed by our Refund Policy. Since products are custom-printed:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

  • Unboxing Video is mandatory for all damage claims.

  • Size exchanges are not permitted.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including designs, logos, and artwork (under the Soulful Safar), is our property. You may not reproduce, copy, or sell our designs without our express written permission.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, including uploading malicious code, infringing on others' rights, or engaging in fraudulent transactions.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Soulful Safar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
